The institute is the brain child of a retired Motor Vehicle's Inspector, who is having more than 26 years of experience in the Transport Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh having trained and tested several thousands of drivers, inspected several thousands of accident vehicles to establish cause of accident, enforced M.V. act on traffic rule violators and participated and conducted several national level road safety seminars.
The institute is supported by a team of researchers and experts in the field of Road Safety. The institute conducts the following training programs:
